Circled

Circled: Day Countdown counts down to the days that matter, with milestones along the way, reminders, and a small celebration when the day arrives. On your Home Screen it's called Circled.

My reminders aren't arriving.

Go to Settings > Notifications > Circled and check that Allow Notifications is on. A Focus mode or Scheduled Summary can hold notifications back. A countdown without a set time reminds you at 9:00 in the morning, your local time. iPhone allows an app only a limited number of scheduled reminders, so if you have a lot of reminders, Circled lines up the soonest ones and adds the rest when you next open the app.

Where are my countdowns stored?

Only on your iPhone. There's no account and no server, and we can't see your countdowns. They're included in your iPhone's normal backup (iCloud Backup or a backup to your computer).

Will my countdowns sync to my other devices?

Not at the moment. Circled keeps everything on one iPhone.

What does Plus include?

Circled is free, with up to five active countdowns. Circled Plus is available as a yearly subscription (GBP 9.99) or a one-time lifetime purchase (GBP 19.99): it removes that limit, lets you count in weeks, weekdays or sleeps, and adds more app icons. It's shared with your Family Sharing group. Nothing you've already made is ever locked, whether you buy Plus or not. Subscriptions are managed, and can be cancelled, in iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions.

I bought Plus, but it isn't showing.

Open the app, tap the info button (top left), then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

Swipe left on a countdown in the list to delete it, or delete the app to remove everything it stored on your iPhone.

The app says it couldn't open my countdowns.

Please tap the email button on that screen. It adds details that help us fix the problem. Don't delete the app first, because that would remove the data we're trying to rescue.

I've found a bug or have an idea.
